PRE / POSTNATAL

Prenatal treatments are appropriate for the discomfort experienced during pregnancy: lower back, neck, limbs, shoulder girdle and associated ailments. Performed only in the second and third trimester.

 

Postnatal treatments relieve pain resulting from breastfeeding and the transformation of postpartum bodies. It also has a positive effect on the mental health of a mum, who wants to feel herself again.

 

Aim: happy mums and newly found connection with the body.

SPORTS

A multi functional massage for athletes or occasional re-creationist, which prepares muscle tissue, ligaments and joints for workouts.

It also has a positive effect on the rehabilitation stage after training or other physical constraints.

Aim: to improve physical performance and overall good health.

RELAXATION

Combined massage, consisting of various relaxation techniques; improves circulation; has beneficial effects on superficial muscular tissue; stimulates the lymphatic system and calms the nervous system

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH TREATMENT?

Due to a full-body assessment the first treatment lasts

70 minutes, the price remains the same.

All further treatments are 60 minutes.
